When you delete your account, your personal data and uploaded content are permanently removed within 30 days. Backups may be retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes, after which they are also deleted.
Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your credit card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted with industry-standard TLS.
While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. In the event of extended outages, we may issue service credits at our discretion. We recommend checking our status page for real-time updates.
