Sign up for a free account, upload your video, and our AI will transcribe it automatically. Then choose a caption style, customize as needed, and render your video.
What video formats are supported?
We support MP4, MOV, WebM, and most common video formats. Videos can be up to 30 minutes in length depending on your plan.
How does the credit system work?
Credits are used for transcription and rendering. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. You can also purchase additional credit packs as needed.
Can I use CanvaSub for my team?
Yes! Create a workspace and invite team members with Owner, Admin, or Member roles. Each workspace has its own projects, billing, and settings.
Do you support right-to-left languages?
Yes, we fully support RTL languages including Arabic and Hebrew with dedicated caption styles.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
